Meet Rebecca, our Patient Care Coordinator for our North office location! She is the newest member of the Pro Hearing Team, joining us in April 2023! Originally from Kansas, she has made her home in Oklahoma City and loves living here. Rebecca comes to us with extensive patient care experience in a variety of different fields including mental health, emergency care and hospital administration. Through this work, Rebecca has acquired wide ranging, quality skills that we are thrilled to have on our team. Her proficiencies include attention to detail, top-notch customer and patient support, patient record management, and conflict resolution. Her valuable skillset has transferred seamlessly to her role as patient care coordinator, not to mention her bright personality makes her a pleasure to have on our team! Rebecca loves learning and currently attends Fort Hays State University where she is pursuing a degree in child psychology. When she isn’t serving our patients or studying, Rebecca enjoys music (she plays trumpet, piano and sings), playing tennis, and cooking!
